Cooler Marketing was set up by Torquil Mathewson and Phil Grady. Torquil has previously worked for Adidas as a market researcher before moving to pFour Consultancy in London, working as a management consultant for financial services firms. He then started and managed The Exchange – WPP’s Global Knowledge Centre for financial services marketing. His specialist area of expertise is brand architecture and communications.

Phil has worked within commercial radio, television and newspaper industries across a variety of commercial and marketing positions for over 15 years.
